RETURN POLICY

 

If you regret your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt in the original condition (with hangtags etc). All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, from the original delivery country, with all hangtags and labels attached. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will issue you with a refund or store credit.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment of the goods and you will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds and store credits will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a store credit refused.
